We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order.

Our team works hard to ship your order as soon as possible, which means there is only a small time frame to make any adjustments or cancellations prior to shipping.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation yet, let us know how we can assist you, and our team will do their best to help with any adjustments or cancellations.

In the event that your order is already en route, don't sweat it! We've got a solution for you.

If you need to update the delivery address, simply reach out to the courier directly with your tracking number. They'll be able to assist you with redirecting the package to the right place. 
If it's shipped with Australia Post, you can easily request a redirection via the AusPost APP. 

If you find that you need to swap a product or cancel your order, our amazing team will be more than happy to provide you with some options.

Can I change my Order?

We've got you covered when it comes to hassle-free deliveries of your EHPlabs essentials. With our subscription service, you can set it - forget it, and we'll take care of the rest!

Setting up your subscription is easy. 
On the product page of your favorite EHPlabs products, click on the "Subscription" option, then under "Delivery" you can select your preferred delivery schedule whether it's 1 or 2 months. 

In your customer portal, you can easily manage your subscription and make changes to your delivery date, frequency, product selection, payment method, and even update your shipping details.

If you ever decide to stop, you're free to cancel at any time. Just log in to your customer portal and cancel or get in touch with us.

Our team is always here to assist you with anything related to your subscription. Reach out if you need!

How do I get Rewards?

When it comes to shipping, we've got you covered.   

If you're in Australia, we offer two shipping options:  

Standard Shipping: It takes 1-3 days in metro areas and 3-10 days elsewhere, all for $9.95. 

Express Shipping: If you need your order in a hurry, we've got you covered starting from $14.95.  

For our fam in New Zealand, we've got shipping options based on weight. Prices range from $14.95 for 0-1000g to $49.95 for 1001g-10kg.  

Transit times are approximately 5-14 business days (allowing for external factors).
